A couple weeks before Christmas my mom called to ask me if I wanted to go to BYU's bowl game in San Francisco. She had found out that three of her favorite nieces were taking their families to see cute Taylor cheer for it. In the end Derrick, Jeff, Shannon, Mom, and I went to the game. We drove to Elko Christmas night and spent the night in a hotel. We woke up early and finished the drive to Hollister. Guess what, Nevada is just as barren and everyone always says.

We got to Mark and Melinda's in time for dinner. We chatted and played with them and Andrea and James' family for a few hours (and Jeff drove a Tesla). We love all of them! They are so funny and so much fun!
We spent the night at Mark's sister's house and woke up early so Andrea could take Shannon and Jeff's engagement pictures before we all headed into San Francisco for the game.
